The year is 1989 and Clarkdale Memorial has just opened a new wing for the treatment of “those unruly teenagers". This dark comedy follows the new counselor Frank Summons, as he is introduced to his colorful patients and a very shady staff, during his first tumultuous week on the job. Dr. Stern, the shady chief of Operations for the Ward, together with the long suffering Nurse Sally and assistant Ms. Styles work to keep the reigns on Frank, who actually wants to help those under his care. In Part II; We travel closer to the lives of the staff and the patients, as we are taken into their homes and past their guarded personas.
